The location of Henn Na Hotel Tokyo Asakusa Tawaramachi is excellent, with plenty of nice restaurants surrounding it. The check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient using the self-check-in reception. Our room was clean and had all the necessary cables for our phones. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value for money, cleanliness, and convenient location.

The check-in process was easy, with the option to store luggage before check-in. The hotel offers a fantastic view of Tokyo Skytree from the rooftop. It is conveniently connected to a Family Mart on the ground level and is close to the Tawaramachi metro station. The location is ideal, with easy access to Asakusa, Ueno, Ginza, and even Shibuya on the same subway line.

Great location within walking distance to popular attractions and metro station. Convenient amenities such as Family Mart and free luggage storage and wifi prior to check-in. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and spacious room with cool added features like the LG styler
Slow water pressure, especially when trying to fill up the bathtub. Lack of interaction from hologram receptionist, making the lobby feel dull and lifeless when no guests are checking in.

The location is perfect, right by the subway station, making it easy to explore other areas and get to the airport. The breakfast options are great for a quick and easy start to the day.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the metro, making it easy to explore other areas of the city. The Tawaramachi station, which is nearby, even has an elevator for those with heavy luggage.
There is no microwave available in the hotel. It would have been convenient to have one, especially for those who prefer to heat up their own food.
